Training & further education

In addition to my psychotherapeutic work , the training and further education of prospective psychotherapists is a central focus of my professional work.

As a lecturer and supervisor, I am involved in the training and continuing education of psychotherapists at the Saarland Institute for Depth-Psychologically Based Psychotherapy (SITP). My teaching activities include conveying core content of depth-psychologically based psychotherapy, including the origins and development of illness, diagnostics, treatment planning, and the design of therapeutic processes.

In addition, I lead the annual training curriculum in Symbol Therapy according to Wollschläger and train both psychotherapists and other interested professionals from psychosocial, medical, educational and counseling fields in this method.

In addition to my training activities, I offer supervision for psychotherapists and professionals in psychosocial and counseling fields. Supervision serves to reflect on therapeutic processes, further develop one's own professional approach, and ensure quality in clinical work.

From 2018 to 2023, I was deputy head of the adult outpatient clinic at SITP , where I was responsible for, among other things, the organization of outpatient care and the supervisory support of trainees.
